KIRTI DEVELOPERS staff is made up of 25 full-time employees, including eight Licensed Professional Engineers and 2 Registered Professional Land Surveyors. Our professional and technical staff has broad and varied cumulative experience in civil engineering, Industrial Projects design & Construction , survey, CADD drafting, PEB Work and construction administration. More recently, KIRTI DEVELOPERS has added Lab/Material Testing and Port Construction to it's resume.

KIRTI DEVELOPERS , has been providing design & Construction services of the highest quality for over 4 years in the Maharashtra areas KIRTI DEVELOPERS specializes in Industrial Construction, Residential Construction ,PEB offering infrastructure, and site development engineering, as well as a full range of land surveying services including boundary, topographic, right of way, and control. What began as Industrial Construction, Inc.-Baramati Branch in 2013, with Dr Tanaji Salve, as manager, became KIRTI DEVELOPERS on Aprily 1, 2013, when Dr Tanaji acquired the firm and became President and Owner. In April 2014, Dr Pallavi Salve, joined KIRTI DEVELOPERS purchased AES, a small engineering Baramati-based company, which specialized in Civil Engineering. In Aprily of 2013, we started our Construction Services Department which added Industrial Construction, Residential Construction ,PEB offering infrastructure, and site development to our list of overall Civil & PEB services. KIRTI DEVELOPERS has a staff of 25 full-time employees, including 8 Licensed Professional Engineers and 2 Registered Professional Land Surveyors.
